Product Licenses:
Insight Medical Group has retained non-exclusive marketing rights to the AnuCyte Cancer Detection System. Insight Medical Group will continue its marketing and distribution programs to pathology labs in the USA, the Caribbean, and Latin American. The company anticipates strong revenue growth from these efforts and will provide frequent updates on its progress. MODC plans to effect a public spin-off and declare stock dividend to MODC shareholders. MODC stockholders will receive shares in the spin-off in proportion to their ownership in Modern Technology Corp and their ownership in Modern Technology Corp will not be affected.

Additional planned stock dividend related to Insight Medical:
As part of MODC’s 2007 divesture of Boveran, all shareholders of record will receive shares in Boveran, pro rata, to their ownership in MODC. Stockholders will retain all current ownership in MODC and will receive new shares in Boveran in proportion to their ownership in MODC. The ex-dividend date for the distribution and the amount of Boveran shares to be distributed to MODC stockholders will be announced as soon as practicable. MODC believes Boveran wishes to list their securities for public trading. Should they complete the public registration of their securities, MODC stockholders will own shares in a new public company.
