Our success depends to a significant extent upon the continued service of our Chief Executive Officer. Loss of the services of our CEO could have a material adverse effect on our growth, revenues, and prospective business. In addition, in order to successfully implement and manage our business plan, we will be dependent upon, among other things, successfully recruiting qualified managerial personnel having experience in business. Competition for qualified individuals is intense.
